Description
Advantage® for cats is a spot-on flea control product (drops applied to the skin). Thanks to its super-fast action, Advantage® stops flea bites in 3 to 5 minutes and kills adult fleas within an hour, before they can lay eggs.
- Content of active and other ingredients:
- Each 0.8ml pipette contains:
- Active substance: 80mg imidacloprid; 0.8mg butylhydroxytoluene.
- Pharmaceutical form:
- Spot-on solution.
- Package size:
- 4 pipettes (4 x 0.8 ml)
- Animal species for which the veterinary medicinal product is intended:
- Cats.
- Indications:
- Prevention and treatment of fleas in cats weighing 4 kg and over. A single treatment protects against further flea infestation for 3 to 4 weeks. The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), where this has been previously diagnosed by a veterinarian.
- Method of use and administration:
- For external use only. Read the package insert before use.
- Special warnings:
- Read the package leaflet before use.
- Do not treat unweaned kittens less than 8 weeks old.
- Keep the blister in the cardboard box.
