Description
Karel, Dog Man's greatest enemy, tries to clone himself. He's just not happy with the result. A kitten crawls out of the cloning machine, which Karel keeps calling daddy. When the kitten ends up at the city police station, Dog Man decides to take care of him. But that's quite difficult if you have to protect the city from Flippie the evil fish at the same time!
