It is therefore compatible with Boost bikes with a 52 mm chainline and an over locknut dimension of 148 mm. It can also be used on Super Boost Plus bikes with a chainline of 56.5 mm and an over locknut dimension of 157 mm. Use it for newer and older SRAM cranks with a GXP, long BB30 or DUB axle, for various Truvativ models and Cane Creek eeWings. The chainring is made of premium quality aluminium and features a Narrow-Wide tooth profile that counteracts chain drop. They maximise pedalling power the moment it is developed and minimise resistance when it is not. As a result, oval chainrings allow the rider to pedal more smoothly and stay loose on the climb. In fact, your pedal stroke will feel "rounder" with an oval chainring than with a round chainring. Compared to round chainrings, oval chainrings address more muscle groups - but each of them to a lesser degree.
