Banana plug

This banana plug is used for connecting speaker cables to amplifiers, receivers, and speakers with a 4 mm banana jack. The connector is suitable for connecting unterminated speaker cables and is widely used in Hi-Fi systems and audio equipment. The plug features a gold-plated 4 mm spring connector, ensuring a stable electrical connection. The spring-loaded contact parts ensure that the plug remains firmly in the banana jack and can be easily inserted and removed. The cable is secured via a screw connection. The stripped end of the speaker cable can be connected either straight through the back or via the side opening. The side input allows multiple banana plugs to be stacked, for example, in bi-wiring speaker setups.
