This makes it possible to connect 8 different output devices to a video and audio signal. The splitter comes with a user manual and a power adapter. Indicator lights on the front of the device show which connections are active. The Allteq 8-port splitter is equipped with a built-in amplifier. This ensures that the HDMI signal is always transmitted in the best possible way. For optimal results, the length between two devices should be a maximum of 10 meters when using an AWG28 HDMI cable. With an AWG26 cable, this length can be a maximum of 30 meters for optimal results. Product Features The splitter comes with a power adapter that requires a maximum voltage of 240 volts. The adapter converts the voltage to 5 volts, which is necessary for powering the device. To use the Allteq LK318-v2AK 8-port, a cable is connected to the middle female HDMI port for signal input. The other 8 connections are suitable for connecting devices such as monitors, televisions or projectors. No software installation is required to use the 8-port splitter. Adjusting settings for the connected devices is recommended for optimal results.
