Torq Hydratatie Rode Bessen is een hypotone elektrolytendrank, speciaal ontwikkeld voor situaties met hoge zweetverliezen over een periode tot ongeveer een uur, zoals intensieve indoor trainingen (Zwift, spinning) of warme, korte inspanningen. Dankzij de combinatie van passief en gefaciliteerd transport (met een lichte glucosedosis en natrium) hydrateert het sneller dan water alleen of elektrolyttabletten. Elke 500 ml levert circa 15 gram koolhydraten en alle vijf belangrijke elektrolyten (natrium, chloride, magnesium, kalium en calcium).
