Nadaje się do gniazda LGA1150/1151 // 1155/1156 i ma na podstawie trzech rur ciepła o grubości 6 mm, które wykorzystują technologię Heatpipe bezpośredni kontakt (HDC). Ma również 60 mm wentylator PWM z podwójnym testem piłki.
