Special featuresRUBI JOLLY PRO-EDGER miter cutters enable extremely precise dry mitering of all types of ceramic tiles, natural stone, artificial stone, or sintered stone with thicknesses up to 15 or 20 mm, depending on the chosen miter cutter. The range consists of different cutters, allowing us to select the appropriate model for the best result. All (miter) cutters in the RUBI JOLLY PRO-EDGER series feature diamond grit bonding using the vacuum brazing system, which guarantees high resistance of the diamond particles, as well as high performance of the wheel. The coarse grit of the TURBO TWIST miter cutter allows us to quickly pre-grind the edge of the material before finishing it with a fine-grit cutter. Fine-grit miter cutters should be chosen based on the maximum tile thickness: 15 or 20 mm. Correct use of the different grit sizes will give us the desired smooth surfaces, achieving the desired results and the best performance from our products. RUBI PRO-EDGER miter cutters are exclusively intended for use with the RUBI JOLLY PRO-EDGER tool in combination with an angle grinder. It is recommended to use RUBI PRO-EDGER cutters at speeds between 9,000 and 12,000 rpm.
