Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Definitions

• Tormino: Tormino B.V., based in Noordwijkerhout, Netherlands
• Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Tormino
• Product: the item ordered by the customer
• Agreement: the purchase agreement between Tormino and the customer

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Tormino and the customer. Deviating terms from the customer are only accepted if Tormino explicitly confirms this in writing.

Article 3 — Offers and Prices

• All prices are including VAT
• Prices are subject to printing and typographical errors
• Tormino reserves the right to change prices; the price at the time of ordering is leading
• Shipping costs are not included and are shown separately at checkout
• There is no free shipping threshold; all orders are shipped at current rates

Article 4 — Ordering and Payment

• An order is completed after the customer has fully completed the ordering and payment process
• Tormino confirms the order by email with an order number
• Payment is made via the offered payment methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay)
• No additional transaction fees are charged
• B2B Wallet Top-ups: Top-ups to the B2B wallet balance are final and non-refundable. The balance remains valid indefinitely and never expires.

Article 5 — Delivery

• Orders placed stated dispatch time are shipped the next business day from our Dutch warehouse
• Delivery times are indicative and serve as a guideline, not as a deadline
• Tormino is not liable for delays caused by the carrier
• After shipping, the customer receives a track and trace code by email

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days (private B2C only). The period starts upon receipt.

• Return shipping costs are at customer's expense
• Product must be unused, undamaged in original packaging
• Never stick shipping labels directly onto product packaging
• Refund within 5 business days after inspection

B2B & Wallet Excluded: Returns are excluded for business customers. B2B wallet top-ups are final, non-refundable, and balance never expires.

Article 7 — Warranty

All products carry a legal warranty in accordance with Dutch and European legislation (minimum 2 years). In addition, manufacturers may offer an additional factory warranty. See our warranty terms for more information.

Article 8 — Liability

Tormino is only liable for direct damage arising from a failure attributable to Tormino. Indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit and missed savings, is excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Article 9 — Complaints

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via support@tormino.com or via our complaints procedure. Tormino strives to respond to complaints within 5 business days.

Article 10 — Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Tormino is established, unless the law dictates otherwise.
