What do I need for good pool maintenance?
Besides the pool itself, we recommend investing in a decent filter pump, a cover sheet against dirt, and basic chemicals such as a chlorine solution. This keeps the water safe and hygienic all summer.
Which boat suits me?
For longer trips on rivers we recommend a robust whitewater kayak. Just looking for some fun on the local pond? Then a recreational inflatable boat is ideal for taking to the water with friends or family.
When will my order be delivered?
We work with a tight schedule. If you order your watersports articles before 12:00 PM (noon) on a weekday, we hand the package to the delivery service the same day.
Are life jackets mandatory?
On fast motor boats a life jacket is often legally required. Beyond that, we recommend reliable life jackets at all times for every boat trip or paddle session—especially for young children in and around the water.
Can I return a pool or boat if it is not what I was looking for?
Yes, you always have 14 days of reflection. You can return watersports articles to us, provided they are unused and in the original, unopened packaging. Please note that the costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
