To make our food, we dry 10.6 kg of meat for a 12 kg bag, making it easier to process into our kibble. With the right amounts of vegetables, fruit, and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy and nutritious choice for your dog.

Buffalo

At Yourdog, we use meat from free-raised, grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh flavor and rich color, and it's packed with vitamins and minerals. With lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is packed with health benefits.

Poultry

At Yourdog, we use duck, chicken, and turkey, which together give our kibble its delicious flavor and aroma. The highly digestible proteins in poultry promote healthy muscle growth and are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Vegetables

To provide your dog with extra valuable nutrients, we've added super-healthy vegetables to our food. This means vegetables are not only nutritious, but also offer other health benefits. The crude fiber in vegetables is good for the intestines and can contribute to digestion, among other things.

Spices

The healthy herbs that enrich our food are derived from plants grown in Europe. The use of herbs, roots, flowers, plants, and algae, among other things, goes back thousands of years. These ingredients support the natural processes in the dog's body, such as digestion. Every ingredient we add to our dog food is carefully selected for its beneficial properties. Depending on the dog's size, breed, or breed group, specific ingredients are highlighted. Breed-specific ailments can be reduced by using herbs, roots, flowers, and plants.

We have carefully researched the breed characteristics of the Pointer. We have also investigated the characteristics of the FCI breed section and the FCI breed group to which the Pointer belongs. Based on this research, in consultation with leading Dutch nutritionists, we have selected ingredients that optimally benefit the Pointer's health and well-being.

Yucca

This plant grows in the deserts of Southwest America and Northern Mexico. The roots of the yucca have been used for centuries by Native Americans in these regions as a medicine for rheumatism and arthritis. It reduces pain and inflammation in the joints.
