Description
This ergonomic barbell set has a total weight of 30 kg (2 x 15 kg).
The dumbbells have non-slip plastic handles so you can work out without worrying about them slipping or falling out of your hands. The screw caps have star bolts to ensure the weight plates are always firmly and securely attached to the bar. The barbell is made of strong metal.
The grip surface is approximately 14.5 cm. The weight plates are covered with durable, floor-friendly plastic, so you won't hear any annoying noise from the weights.
- 2 x 0.5 kg barbell: 25 mm x 45 cm (ø x L)
- 4 x 1 kg weight plates: diameter 15.5 cm, 2.8 cm thickness
- 4 x 1.25 kg weight plates: diameter 17 cm, 3 cm thickness
- 8 x 2.5 kg weight plates: diameter 21 cm, 4 cm thickness
- Number of star-shaped bolts: 4 (suitable diameter 25 mm)
- Filled with sand
