Description
This raised gabion planter is an ideal way to create a strong and stylish border for a flower or plant bed in your garden or on your patio.
The sturdy gabion is designed to be filled with stones or gravel. It is made of rust-proof and weather-resistant galvanised steel, making it very stable and durable. For extra stability, the mesh grid is formed by welding horizontal and vertical wires at each intersection.
Please note, stones and plants are not included.
Special note: ensure that your gabion is firmly positioned. Depending on how the basket is used, it must be secured to the ground by placing the base in concrete or by using posts or hooks as per the instructions in our manual. Read the instructions carefully and keep the manual for future reference. Important: a full gabion is very heavy; tipping over will result in dangerous situations and serious injuries. Installation should only be carried out by professionals. You will also need assembly and installation tools, such as posts, screw flanges, hooks, and concrete for placing the baskets; these are not included in the delivery. The following knowledge is minimally required for installing gabions: safe use of tools, machinery, ladders, and scaffolding. Knowledge of occupational safety, workplace safety, and precautions against accidents and hazards. Experience in transporting and handling heavy, large components. Knowledge of local building regulations. - In case of uncertainties or lack of the above qualifications, a specialist, certified engineer, or a competent installation company should be contacted. Warning: gabions should only be installed on a suitable, stable surface, in accordance with the installation instructions! Wear safety shoes and protective gloves during installation! Please note! Metal wires can have sharp points! Please note! Danger of falling during installation! The hazards must be evaluated before installation, and protective measures must be taken. - The above warnings are not exhaustive and should not be considered a substitute for a complete risk assessment for the installation of the product.
