• Compound:
• Rowan berries; elderberries; raisins; goji berries and cranberries.
• Rowan berries:
• For hoarseness; it improves birds' singing. It contains a lot of vitamin C, which boosts immunity. It regulates the bowels and helps with constipation and diarrhea.
• Elderberries:
• Helps initiate pigment formation in birds and rodents; very beneficial during molting. Contains high levels of vitamins A, B, and C. One of the greatest benefits of elderberries is their immune-boosting properties.
• Raisins:
• Raisins are packed with beneficial vitamins, such as vitamin B. This vitamin is good for our heart and blood vessels. They also contain potassium and boron; the latter is a mineral that strengthens bones. Raisins also promote digestion.
• Goji Berries:
