  • 2 handlebar plugs Assembly tip: First remove the old tape and clean your handlebars thoroughly. Start wrapping at the end of the handlebar and work inward, overlapping the ribbon halfway. Use the end strips to finish it neatly. If in doubt, consult your bicycle dealer or an expert online manual. Tecora E Handlebar Tape Fantastique Perforation. Luxury. Remove the handlebar caps, the old tape and clean and degrease your handlebars. Pull up the rubber covers of your brake levers. Starting at the handlebar end, wrap the tape from the inside out. Install the bar plugs at an early stage. Make sure the tape overlaps halfway. Finish wrapping with the supplied end strips. If you are going to do it yourself, please get information from your dealer or an expert via the Internet.
