In addition, the ink flow is specially adjusted for beginners, which prevents smudging and results in clean handwriting - even for left-handers. The ball in the tip only releases ink when it moves across the paper. Excessive ink flow is therefore a thing of the past, so no more drops, smudges, or blue fingers. Each refill comes with a new nib, so if a nib is damaged, it can be replaced by inserting a new refill.
