Special lacquer for creating a removable film. For treating smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, such as bare metal, aluminum, glass and surfaces treated with 2K lacquers. MoTip Removable Lacquer is not suitable for treating surfaces treated with 1K lacquer systems. Product features Quick drying Good covering power Resistant to chemicals and weather influences 360° Valve Physical and Chemical Properties Contents: 500 ml Base: Synthetic rubber VOC content: Approximately 92% w/w Solids: Approximately 8% w/w Yield: 0.2 0.4 m² when applying 5 layers Dust dry: After approximately 10 minutes Tack-free: After approximately 30 minutes Removable: After 2 hours Heat resistant: Up to 100°C Instructions for use Before use, read and follow the instructions on the packaging carefully. Pretreatment Clean the surface thoroughly, without sanding. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Before applying removable paint, do not apply primer. Painting The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Bring the spray can to room temperature. Ideal processing temperature 15 to 25°C and a relative humidity of <65%. Before use, shake the spray can well for 3 minutes and spray a test piece. Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 25 to 30 centimeters. Apply at least 5 coats of removable varnish. For a good layer build-up, required for later removal of the removable lacquer, apply an extra layer in critical places (corners, edges). Apply the layers with an interval of 5 minutes. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, humidity and the applied layer thickness. MOTIP removable coating black matt This coating contains a removable paint that is also called plasti dip. The coating is comparable to the well-known car wrapping. The coating can be used on a part of your choice and then easily removed, without damaging the existing varnish or paint layer. The coating is easy to use and can therefore be used by everyone. Properties of MoTip SprayPlast aerosol cans Simple and fast processing, in various colors and designs Easy to remove Protects against oil, grease, salt, stone chips, scratches, dirt and rain Good adhesion to many different materials, such as metal, plastic (PP, PE, PVC) and glass Not suitable for application to pourable materials such as wood, concrete and stone. Apply in 4 to 5 layers at 5 minute intervals. Can be repainted with acrylic, NC, alkyd, water-based and 2-component lacquers. This does not affect the subsequent removal of the MOTIP SprayPlast layer. MOTIP SprayPlast dries after 2 hours. The MoTip SprayPlast spray can is equipped with a 360 degree valve. Not durable. Resistant to car washes and short-term use of a high-pressure spray, max. 130 bar. Heat resistant up to a maximum of 100 degrees. Specifications of the MoTip SprayPlast PlastiDip paint. Binder: a rubber-like polymer. Odor: solvent.
