Sionyx Digital Full-Color Night Viewer Aurora Black

The Sionyx Aurora Black is the first night viewer in the market With which you see lively daylight colors at night. The Aurora Black has been developed as a low-cost tactical night viewer, with fully full-color Nachtzicht and an unparalleled light output. It is also the first model in the Aurora series that is certified for hard shocks and returns. 

The environment of course does not change color at night. However, the human eye is unable to see those colors at night. With the Aurora Black you can see those colors. The camera is able to display images in color during the day, at dusk and at night. This is projected on a full-color OLED display, which you can also set in gray scale. This changes your viewing experience completely compared to the classic night view in naval green or black and white. The camera has an optical 0.5x magnification, which you can increase to 3x through a digital zoom. 

Photo and videos to your preference
The camera offers you the possibility to make recordings entirely to your preference. For example, you can determine the shutter speed with photos - from 1.5s to 1/8000S - but also the frame rate of videos up to 60fps for recordings in HD. You can also select multiple recording modes, for example HDR, self-timer, time-lapse, panorama and burst mode. The built -in requirement (Electronic Image Stabilization) ensures to compensate for vibrations and to correct blur. You can save your recordings on the included 32GB MicroSD card.

Streaming and remote control
All Sionyx cameras can be connected to an Apple or Android device (telephone and tablet) via Wi-Fi. As soon as you have the free app - in the Playstore as 'Sionyx Aurora' - you can operate the night viewer remotely, make images live and make recordings. If you want to operate Sionyx remotely, you can place it on any usual tripod via the 1/4 "thread connection (see optional accessories).

The Aurora Black mainly lends itself to the semi-professional user who wants to be able to quickly switch between night view and his own vision. This makes the camera extremely suitable as an accessory for, for example, Airsoft, yacht or nature observations. You can use the camera in your hand or attach it to a helmet/goggle kit, but also control it remotely and streaming images to your smartphone or tablet. You can use the camera in every situation in which a certain form of residual light is present.
