LOCTITE® 272 is a red, methacrylate-based threadlocker with medium viscosity and high strength. Fixation time of 10 minutes on steel, 5 minutes on brass and 15 minutes on stainless steel. Ideal for applications where any migration of the adhesive must be prevented. Resistant to light contamination from industrial oils. Suitable for all metal mountings. It has a breakaway strength of 23 Nm on M10 bolts. Average viscosity Break-away strength of 23 Nm on M10 bolts. High temperature resistance Resists vibration High strength Seals threads: allows threading of through holes
