HDMI™ KVM IP Extender Set – Full HD 1080p@60Hz – up to 120m via CAT This HDMI™ KVM IP extender set consists of a transmitter (TX) and a receiver (RX) and allows extending an HDMI video signal and USB keyboard and mouse signals between two locations. The transmission takes place via a network cable or an existing IP network infrastructure. For direct connection via a single network cable, the maximum transmission distance is 120m via CAT6, 100m via CAT5e, and 80m via CAT5. Additionally, the set supports transmission via an IP connection within a local network, where the distance depends on the used network infrastructure. The maximum supported resolution is 1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz. The video signal is transmitted compressed with MJPEG and has a video latency of approximately 70 ms. Via the USB ports on the receiver unit, a USB keyboard and USB mouse can be connected, allowing remote control of the connected computer. Audio transmission is supported in PCM format (44.1 kHz / 48 kHz). Signal direction HDMI → HDMI (transmitter to receiver). Inputs The transmitter has 1x HDMI input for video signal and USB for keyboard and mouse signals. Outputs The receiver has 1x HDMI output for the monitor and USB connections for keyboard and mouse.
