Before use, empty the deep fryer completely and wipe away the remains of frying fat with kitchen paper. Then add 250ml of HG deep fryer cleaner to the pan. Using a brush, apply pure product to the grease deposits on the lid and other parts that are not in the pan. Let this sit for about 10 minutes and rinse the treated surfaces with plenty of hot water. Then fill the pure product in the pan with as hot water as possible from the tap. Please note: do not use boiling water. Leave the pan completely submerged in water up to the frying basket and the upper fat edge and let it soak in for at least 15 minutes. Once the grease has completely loosened, the contents can be washed away down the sink because it is biodegradable. Rinse the pan and basket with warm water and then dry with a clean cloth.
