The Fiskars Functional Form Sharpening Steel 202 mm is essential for optimizing the performance of your everyday knives. Sharpen your knives quickly and easily using a traditional sharpening steel. Five to six strokes are enough to keep your knife perfectly sharp and performing like new. Maintain a consistent 15-20° angle with each stroke, sharpening the blade first at the handle and then moving the blade across the steel toward the tip. After sharpening, wash and dry your knives with a cloth. For chefs who appreciate cleverly designed kitchen tools that are easy to clean.
