Description
ZERO CERAMIC: Oversized Grade 3 balls that roll in a polished raceway with a mirror effect after receiving a magnetic finish (Black oxide) and later a cryogenic finish for more hardness and a longer lifespan. More durable and with even lower rolling resistance, they approach the magic number of "zero" bearing resistance. Enduro Bearings uses silicone seals that are smoother than the rubber seals used by other ceramic bearing suppliers. VV: Developed to have the lowest possible friction resistance, the seal has no contact with the inner cage of the bearings. Given that the bearings also have an increased percentage of grease fill, the grease migrates to the bottom of the groove where a hydromatic type seal is developed between the 2 "lips" and where the grease resides in the groove. This barrier of grease keeps salt and impurities out of the bearing, all to achieve the lowest friction (rate) of all our bearings.
