With the Edge crank puller, you can easily remove or install the crank bolt and crank (to which the pedals are mounted) from the bicycle. First, remove the lock nut from the crank. Then carefully screw the crank puller into the crank arm to prevent damage to the thread. Next, turn the inner bolt of the crank with a wrench towards the bottom bracket. The crank will gradually come loose from the bottom bracket.
