E-Pal is a smart device that extends the battery life of light electric vehicles such as e-bikes, e-scooters and e-scooters by optimizing charging. E-Pal is placed between the original battery charger and the socket. The device is controlled via an app, which analyzes usage and calculates the optimal charging time. E-Pal prevents premature wear of the battery by keeping the charge and discharge levels within the optimal range. This extends the health and life of the battery. What are the advantages of E-Pal? You save on costs for replacing the battery, extend the life of the battery and contribute to sustainability because you have to buy a new battery less often. The estimated shipping date is stated directly on each product next to the order button. As soon as your parcel leaves our central warehouse in the Netherlands, you will receive a tracking link. Delivery takes on average 1 to 4 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge transparent flat shipping rates per order: € 6.95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg; € 7.95 for Germany and Denmark; and € 9.95 for France, Spain, Italy, and Finland. View our shipping table for all other destinations.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you always have a 14-day return window from receipt of your order. Items can be returned in original, unused condition and packaging in accordance with our return policy.
