Description
The DORMER E282 is a Gas thread (M) machine tap in HSS-E PM with straight flutes. This allows it to be used for both blind and through holes. The drop-through shaft ensures that it fits through the threaded hole. Construction dimensions according to DIN5156. The maximum thread depth is 1.5xD. The bevel is in shape C (2-3 courses) but is of course also available with an extra long bevel in shape A (6-8 courses). This means it can also be used as a hand tap.
