Start by making the clown's body by mixing the Sticky Base and sequins and kneading them into a sticky mass, which you can then use to cover half of the toilet roll. Next, cut out the clown hat, bow tie, and cheeks, as shown inside the packaging. Use Sticky Base to stick the pieces to the roll. Fold the paper strips using the accordion folding technique (mouse steps) and stick them to the 'body' to make the clown's arms and legs. Finally, decorate the clown with googly eyes, a glittery EVA foam nose, and three pom-poms, one on the top of the hat and one on each leg to make feet/shoes.
