HDMI™ Switch 2-in-1 / 1-in-2 – Bidirectional – HDMI™ 2.0 – 4K@60Hz This Delock HDMI™ switch is a manual bidirectional HDMI switch for connecting HDMI sources and HDMI displays. The device supports two usage scenarios and switches exclusively manually via mechanical buttons. Application 1 – 2× HDMI source to 1× HDMI display In this configuration, two HDMI sources can be connected to one HDMI display, such as a monitor, television, or projector. The button on the device selects which source sends the signal to the display. Application 2 – 1× HDMI source to 2× HDMI displays In this configuration, one HDMI source can be connected to two HDMI displays. The button on the device selects which display receives the signal. Simultaneous display on both displays is not possible. HDMI Connections The HDMI™ switch features HDMI female connectors that function as input or output depending on the chosen application. The direction of the signal is determined by the connected configuration. Image and Video Support Supports image resolutions up to 3840 × 2160 @ 60 Hz (4K UHD). This requires an HDMI™ 2.0 signal level with a maximum bandwidth of 18 Gbit/s. Lower resolutions are automatically supported depending on the source and display. Audio Support Supports transmission of digital audio and video signals via HDMI™. Audio is forwarded along with the video signal via the same HDMI connection. Switching Method The HDMI™ switch is operated via two mechanical push buttons on the device. There is no automatic switching and no remote control. Power Supply The HDMI™ switch operates without an external power supply. The device is powered via the HDMI signal from the connected equipment. Design The housing is made of plastic.
