Comfortpool Glass Beads

Filter medium for sand filter pumps in the form of finely ground glass. Comfortpool glass beads are made from 100% locally recycled glass.

• Glass beads clean pool water more thoroughly and efficiently than filter sand.
• Glass beads filter dirt particles down to 5 to 10 microns, while glass only filters down to about 30 microns.
• Glass has a longer life than filter sand.
• Cleaning the filter bed via backwashing is also less frequent and uses less water.
