This PCI Express card is designed to expand a PC with multiple internal NVMe M.2 storage connections. This PCI Express expansion card adds four internal M.2 Key M slots for NVMe SSDs via a single PCI Express x16 interface. The card is designed for systems that want to use multiple NVMe storage modules and combines expansion, cooling, and basic functionality within one PCIe solution. Application The PCI Express card is intended for desktop computers and servers with a free PCI Express x16 slot and a motherboard that supports PCIe bifurcation. This allows up to four NVMe M.2 SSDs to be connected and used simultaneously. Without PCIe bifurcation, only the first M.2 slot is functional. Construction and features The card features four internal M.2 Key M slots and communicates via a PCI Express x16 interface. For thermal management, a large heatsink combined with an active fan is installed, intended for continuous cooling of multiple NVMe modules. LED indicators show activity per M.2 slot. The card supports single and double-sided M.2 modules within the specified maximum component height.
