Because the specimen doesn't shift, you can observe it without any problems. A cross-stage is also included, which can be mounted on the stage. This allows you to clearly see the size of the larva you're observing. To mount the cross-stage, you must first remove the clamps from the stage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e Focus wheel:\u003cp\u003e The focus wheel adjusts the distance between the objective and the stage. This controls the amount of light transmitted.
