Beaphar Worm Control for Birds and Rodents

Beaphar Worm Control (formerly Ascapinal) is an oral solution for cage and aviary birds, rabbits, and rodents. It is specially formulated to combat roundworms and hairworms.

• Individual dosage; directly into the mouth:
• Dosage per 12.5 g bird weight: 1 drop (= 0.5 mg levamisole)
• Canary (25 g): 2 drops
• Budgerigar (40-50 g): 4 drops
• Large parakeet (40-100 g): 4-8 drops
• Parrot (100-1000 g): 8-80 drops
• Repeat treatment after 2 weeks.

Group dosing through drinking water:

• Dissolve 7.5 ml of worming agent in 250 ml of drinking water (30 ml per litre).
• Provide this solution as the only drinking water for all birds/rabbits/rodents present to drink for 24 hours.
• Remove any bath water.
• Repeat treatment after 2 weeks.
