The steel pin may remain in the dish while it is cooking in the oven. The metal wire that connects the pen to the display is clamped between the oven door. With alarm that goes off when the desired core temperature has been reached (max 99 minutes and 59 seconds). Equipped with a stand and magnet on the back.
