Eyelash Dye Apraise Blue/Black No. 2 is a permanent color cream for eyelashes and eyebrows. This paint is a striking blue/black, for multi-tonal color results, nourishment and added shine. The color remains visible for up to 8 weeks. The result is water resistant and smudge proof. This tube contains 20ml blue/black color cream and provides approximately 40 treatments per tube. This eyelash and eyebrow dye can only be mixed with 3% oxy from Apraise. The color of this paint is blue/black and is permanent. Consult the packaging when using this product.
