Description
This LTE / GSM / UMTS antenna is designed for receiving and transmitting radio signals for mobile data communication. The antenna is suitable for outdoor mounting and supports various wireless standards such as LTE, GSM, UMTS, Bluetooth, WLAN 2.4 GHz, ZigBee, DECT, Z-Wave, and LoRa (868 MHz / 915 MHz). The antenna features an N jack (female) connector and can be connected to routers, gateways, modems, and other RF equipment with an N-connector. The antenna operates within a frequency range of 698 – 960 MHz and 1710 – 2700 MHz. This allows the antenna to be used for various mobile networks and wireless communication systems. With an antenna gain of 2.0 – 6.5 dBi and an omnidirectional radiation pattern, the antenna is suitable for signal reception all around the antenna. The antenna is designed as a rod antenna for pole mounting and has a robust housing made of GFK (glass fiber reinforced plastic) with UV protection, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. The antenna comes with a short RG-174 coaxial cable of approximately 30 cm.

GSM
GSM is a digital standard for mobile communication for voice and data.
UMTS
UMTS is a mobile communication standard for 3G networks.
WLAN
WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) is a wireless network often used for WiFi communication.
ZigBee
ZigBee is a wireless communication protocol often used for IoT applications.
Z-Wave
Z-Wave is a wireless communication standard for smart home devices.
DECT
DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) is a wireless communication standard for, for example, cordless telephones.
LoRa
LoRa is a long-range wireless communication technology used for IoT networks.
dBi
dBi is a unit indicating the gain of an antenna relative to an ideal isotropic antenna.
VSWR
VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) indicates how well an antenna is matched to the transmission line.
Omnidirectional
An omnidirectional antenna radiates radio signals around the antenna in all horizontal directions.
Impedance
Impedance is the electrical resistance for RF signals in a transmission line. Many antenna systems operate at 50 Ohm.
N connector
The N-connector is a coaxial RF connector often used for antennas and RF equipment in professional applications.
Coaxial cable
A coaxial cable is a type of cable specifically designed for transmitting high-frequency RF signals.
RG-174
RG-174 is a thin coaxial cable often used for RF signals and antenna connections.
GFK
GFK (glass fiber reinforced plastic) is a material with high mechanical strength and good weather resistance.
