The Simson bottom bracket tool is necessary when installing or removing a traditional bottom bracket axle. It is suitable for 20-tooth bottom brackets and for Shimano or Isis bottom brackets. It is made of strong chrome-molybdenum steel. The bottom bracket tool must be used with a ½-inch ratchet or air wrench.
