This mini-GBIC (SFP+) module is an interchangeable optical transceiver for expanding network equipment with a free SFP+ slot. The module supports 10GBase-SR transmission over multimode fiber optic cable at a wavelength of 850 nm. The maximum transfer rate is 10 Gbit/s with a maximum distance of up to 0.3 km.
