This mini-GBIC (SFP) module is an interchangeable optical transceiver for expanding network equipment with a free SFP slot. The module supports 1000Base-LX transmission over single-mode fiber optic cable using bidirectional WDM technology. The maximum transfer rate is 1.25 Gbit/s with a maximum distance of up to 20 km.
