Pirate variant of Catan for children who still find the basic game a bit too difficult. This simplified version of the most popular trading game of recent years, however, offers enough challenges to captivate adults too. Players are pirates trying to conquer the island by building their forts and ships there. This requires resources, which they can earn by rolling dice, just like in the basic game. If they don't have the right resources, they can trade with fellow players, at ports, with the bank, or at the market. The ghost pirate can throw a spanner in the works by stealing hard-earned resources! The first player to build all their forts wins the game.
