The box can be used to assemble an extension cable yourself. The power strip is equipped with four grounded sockets and an opening through which a connection cable can be inserted. For use, the power strip is opened by unscrewing the screws on the underside. The two parts of the power strip can then be separated, after which it is possible to connect a cable. The power strip is intended for connection to a cable with earth and a ground wire. For this, an electricity cable with three conductors must be used, one of which is for the ground wire.
