Infrared extender

This infrared extender allows you to control multiple audio and video devices with a remote control, even when these devices are out of sight, such as in a cabinet or rack. The extender captures the infrared signal from the remote control and transmits it to the connected equipment. The set consists of one IR receiver and three IR emitters (LEDs), which can control up to three devices simultaneously. This makes the infrared extender suitable for use with, among others, televisions, set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, DVD players, receivers, and media players. The infrared extender supports an IR frequency range of 30 to 60 kHz, which is compatible with most common remote controls. USB power eliminates the need for a separate power adapter. The different cable lengths offer flexibility in positioning the receiver and emitters. With a range of up to 7 meters, the extender is suitable for both home use and professional AV installations, such as meeting rooms and presentation systems.
