This fiber optic accessory is designed to protect the ferrule of an SC connector within a structured cabling environment according to ISO/IEC 11801. The dust cap is suitable for an SC male connector and protects the polished fiber end from contamination and mechanical damage. The integrated chain supports attachment to enclosures or patch panels to minimize loss.
