This Gigabit Ethernet media converter is an active network device that converts a copper-bound Ethernet connection to a fiber optic connection and vice versa. The device supports both 100Base-X and 1000Base-X via an SFP slot and features an RJ45 10/100/1000Base-T port. The maximum transfer speed is 1 Gb/s.
