This USB 2.0 Micro-B installation cable is intended for extending and relocating a USB Micro-B connection to a fixed and easily accessible mounting point. The cable has a USB 2.0 Micro-B female connector with nuts for panel mounting on one side, and a USB 2.0 Micro-B male plug on the other side. The female connector can be mounted with two screws in, for example, a housing, cable duct, or slot plate. This allows a USB connection to be permanently placed in a fixed position. The cable supports USB 2.0 data speeds up to 480 Mbps.
