This adapter has the following connections: - 29 pin DVI female (24+4+1) - 15 pin VGA male Please note: The device connected to the DVI side must be able to handle the analog VGA signal. If the device on the DVI side is suitable for DVI-A (analog) or DVI-I (analog+digital), then this adapter will work fine. If the device on the DVI side is only suitable for DVI-D (digital only), it cannot handle the analog VGA signal, in which case this adapter will not work.
