Optical audio converter - tulip to optical coaxial

This audio converter is designed to convert an analog stereo audio signal into a digital audio signal via TosLink (optical) or coaxial S/PDIF (RCA). The device features 2x RCA female inputs for connecting analog audio sources such as an MP3 player, CD player, mixer, or other line-level audio equipment. The analog stereo signal is internally converted into a digital PCM audio signal that can be transmitted via the TosLink optical output or the coaxial S/PDIF output. The converter uses the WM8805 chipset and supports a maximum sample rate of 16-bit / 96 kHz. The casing is made of plastic and has a compact design for use in audio installations. Power is supplied via a USB Micro-B connection (5 V) and can be connected to a USB port or USB power adapter.
