This 254 mm (10") wall-mounted cabinet is designed for the professional housing of active and passive network components in compact installations. Due to its limited footprint and wall-mounting construction, this enclosure is particularly suitable for technical rooms, small server setups, SME environments, retail, utility, and residential network installations. The cabinet is designed with 6 height units (6U) and has external dimensions of 312 x 300 x 330 mm (WxDxH). Its compact depth allows for installation in locations where standard 19" solutions are not feasible. The internal mounting frame supports 254 mm (10") components according to common 10" rack standards. The construction consists of high-quality sheet steel (1.1 – 1.5 mm thick), ensuring structural stability under full load. The maximum static load capacity is 30 kg. The electrostatic powder coating in RAL 9005 black provides protection against corrosion and mechanical wear during normal use. The front features a lockable safety glass door with an opening angle of 200°, ensuring optimal accessibility during installation and maintenance. The door is equipped with a 1-point lock and reversible hinges, allowing for left or right-handed configuration depending on the placement situation. Internally, there are galvanized 254 mm (10") profile rails with clear U-markings. These rails are depth-adjustable, allowing equipment to be precisely positioned depending on installation depth and cabling space. The maximum installation depth for components is 240 mm. For cable management, multiple entry options are integrated. The top features a cable entry with a brush strip to reduce dust ingress and ensure neat cable routing. The bottom plate has a cable opening with a plastic cover. This allows for both top-side and bottom-side cabling within structured cabling systems. The enclosure includes ventilation slots for natural air circulation (passive cooling). If desired, active ventilation can be applied via additional fan modules. The IP20 IP rating indicates protection against contact with internal components, suitable for dry indoor environments. The cabinet is fully pre-assembled and immediately installable. Thanks to its detachable construction, the enclosure can be completely disassembled for transport or modification. An earthing bolt is integrated into the bottom plate for proper potential equalization of mounted equipment.
