This FireAngel smoke and heat detector, type SM-F-1EU, is designed to detect smoke and provide an acoustic warning signal in the event of smoke or fire development. The product is used for fire detection in indoor areas and is suitable for use in homes, hallways, and office environments. The detector operates using Thermoptek® technology, which combines optical smoke detection with thermal detection. This allows the detector to respond to both slow-smouldering fires and rapidly developing, spreading fires. The smoke detector is connected to the 230-volt mains power and is equipped with a fixed 3-volt backup battery with a specified lifespan of ten years. This ensures the detector remains operational in case of power failure. The smoke detector can be wired to a maximum of thirty other compatible smoke detectors.
