Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide at attractive rates from our warehouse in the Netherlands. See our shipping rates page for the full overview and rates per country.
Can I order individual items?
Yes, you can order items individually via the webshop. There is no minimum order quantity.
Can I have orders shipped in neutral packaging?
Yes, for €0.50 extra per item we ship in neutral packaging without Tormino branding, invoice or advertising. Tormino does appear as sender on the shipping label. You can select this option during checkout.
How does invoicing work?
We automatically send an invoice to the provided billing address. In your dashboard you can find an overview of all orders and easily download invoices.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Exact shipping costs and maximum delivery times can be found on our shipping rates page. Order before 12:00 PM = shipped the next business day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery within 1-4 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I return B2B orders?
B2B orders are excluded from returns. Our prices and discounts are based on this. For service questions we are happy to help via support@tormino.com — your satisfied customer is our highest priority.
Do you offer API, CSV or XML datafeeds?
Yes, a datafeed subscription is available for €30/month (excl. VAT). You can subscribe via the datafeed page and manage it through your dashboard.
Where can I find GPSR and product safety information?
Information on GPSR, manufacturer details, EU Declarations of Conformity and responsible persons can be found in the datafeed.
Can I use the product images?
This is stated in our terms of service. We are not liable for any copyright claims. The use of our images is at your own risk.
What is the procedure for defective, damaged or lost products?
Contact support@tormino.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it quickly for you — your satisfied customer is our highest priority.
Is the displayed 5% discount the complete discount?
No, 5% is the entry level (T1). The discount automatically progresses up to 15% based on your cumulative spending. See the volume discounts on the wholesale page for the full overview.
