The press offers simple operation by one person and combines the best of modern materials and traditions from the old world. The oak barrel is maintenance -free while the cast iron hardware is rust resistant. A heavy cast iron screw rod with handles ensures that the user can stand over the barrel and use the center of gravity for extra pressure to extract more juice.
